HeadsUp (Legacy programme)
Please note that due to the end of funding, the Heads UP programme is no longer accepting referrals. We will be launching a new service in October 2023 aimed and further details will be available soon.
HeadsUp is one of our legacy programmes and was designed to support people with common mental health problems, such as depression or anxiety; and to progress them from long term unemployment into employment or training.
The Peer Support Workers are locality based and their combination of local knowledge, job search expertise and personal experience of mental ill health, has underpinned their effective service delivery.
This programme worked across Essex and we delivered this across West and South Essex.
HeadsUp was funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.
