Our services

Employ-Ability has been providing Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to clients referred from secondary mental health services since 2008.

We began offering Job Retention support through our employment support role within the West Essex Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) contract from 2010.

HeadsUp is a partnership project which began in 2017 to deliver employment and training support to people referred from primary care services and Jobcentres.
