Our services

Employ-Ability has been providing Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to clients referred from secondary mental health services since 2008.

We began offering Job Retention support through our employment support role within the West Essex Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) contract from 2010.

HeadsUp is a legacy project that ran from 2017-2022 to deliver employment and training support to people referred from primary care services and Jobcentres. A new IPS project to support Primary Care referrals will be commencing in October 2023 and will be detailed here in due course.
