We practice what we preach
The following case studies use a classic job interview technique, STAR (situation, task, action, result) to explore the work we do, they emphasise what we did , how we did it , who with and over what period of time, They identify the result – the benefit and the learning for the organisation.
Our Individual Placement and Support Service received a referral regarding a 53-year-old, recently discharged from short-term psychiatric care after 18 months of worsening depression and anxiety.
Our client was referred to us as a job retention case. The client is registered blind with depression, anxiety, and ongoing challenges with their employer, a global services provider, with difficulties exacerbated by the arrival of a new manager.
